Who remembers the greatest pizza ever in Nashville? When Ed Sullivan ran the Roundup on Abbott Martin in Greenhills back in the 60's, you couldn't eat a three ingredient medium pizza by yourself. If you got Pepperoni, Mushrooms, and Pepperoncinis, you couldn't see the second or third layer of the pizza because every layer completely overlapped the previous one. And all for about $2. Beats me how they ever made any money. This Round Up broke away from its sister store on Murfreesboro Rd and was owned by John Livingston, who also owned the Shell station on the corner of Abbott Martin and Hillsboro Rd. - Lou Vodopya
